I’m Erik Gruber, a Lead Producer with 15+ years in production. I lead branded, commercial, studio, event, and social projects from early development through final delivery.
How I work
In my current role, I own complex productions across branded content, corporate storytelling, events, social, and commercial work. That means turning a creative brief into a real plan: scope, schedule, crew, vendors, logistics, production, post, and client communication.
My background is unusually hands-on for a producer. I spent years working as a cinematographer, camera operator, assistant camera, editor, and production specialist before moving deeper into production leadership. I can talk with creative leadership about the idea, with clients about the business need, and with crews and post teams about what it will actually take to deliver.
I’m at my best on projects with a lot of moving parts: compressed timelines, travel, multiple deliverables, changing conditions, and teams that need a calm production lead who can keep the creative ambition intact.

My entertainment background includes camera, production, media-management, and technical roles on major television and sports productions. I’ve worked across major networks and platforms, including Director of Photography work on Farmhouse Fixer. Those credits are not the center of my current role, but they shape how I produce: I understand set dynamics, professional production standards, and what crews need to succeed.
